1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Web Development & SEO Services:

  • If you wish to cancel a project before work has commenced, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • If cancellation is requested after work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
  • Once the project is completed and delivered, cancellations will not be entertained.

1.2 Monthly Subscription Plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime. However, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle if services have already been rendered.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only applicable for services that have not been fully delivered or where significant issues arise due to our negligence.
  • Refunds are not applicable for customized solutions, third-party integrations, or any services that involve third-party costs.
  • If a refund request is made due to dissatisfaction, we will first attempt to resolve the issue before issuing any refund.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Domain name purchases and hosting services (once registered/activated).
  • Third-party tools, plugins, or software purchased on behalf of the client.
  • Work that has been completed and delivered as per project requirements.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • We will notify you via email once the refund is initiated.
